Aarti has worked in Early Years for over 20 years, beginning her journey as an apprentice at just 18. Her dedication, drive, and passion for children’s development have seen her grow steadily in the sector, culminating in her role as Nursery Group Manager at Monkey Puzzle Ealing.
For nearly four years, Aarti has been an integral part of the Monkey Puzzle Ealing family, progressing from Deputy to her current position through her unwavering commitment to excellence. She is deeply passionate about giving children the very best start in life, recognising that they are the future leaders of our world.
Known for her warm energy, positivity, and solution-focused mindset, Aarti loves building strong relationships with families and creating an environment where both children and staff can thrive. Her experience, enthusiasm, and leadership make her a valued and inspiring presence within the nursery community.
